White chocolate, cranberry, and macadamia nut blondies

If you’re looking for something fresh and delicious this recipe hits the spot. The texture of our blondie combined with sweet white chocolate, tangy dried cranberries, and crunchy macadamia nuts lends itself to a truly decadent treat. This is Nathan’s favorite so far!

What you need:

  • OKB Blondie mix
  • 1/3 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup chopped macadamia nuts
  • 1/3 cup dried cranberries

Note: you will be dividing the added ingredients.

Mix the blondie according to the package instructions and add ¼ cup each of white chocolate, cranberries, and nuts. Mix well.

Place batter into 8×8 parchment lined pan and bake according to blondie package instructions.

After the required baking time, remove from the oven, top the blondies with the remaining white chocolate, cranberries, and macadamia nuts, and pop back in the oven for 2-3 minutes to enhance the flavor.

Cool completely and enjoy!!!
